The password is the code
There is no way to hide a Wi-Fi password from someone who scans the code. That is the feature. Do not put an administrator password on a poster.
A dynamic link cannot update a Wi-Fi code after printing. The phone reads the password from the symbol itself. When the password changes, print a new code.
