On-device QR codes
A quiet place to make codes people can scan.
QRNest builds static codes in your browser. A URL, Wi-Fi password, contact card, or WhatsApp link stays on this page unless you choose to save a template or create a dynamic link.

Make the code you actually need
URL
A URL code opens a web page when someone scans it. QRNest builds the symbol locally. The address is encoded in the image, so printing it does not require an account.
Text
Text codes are useful when there is no web page to open. A scanner shows the message. Keep it short so the modules stay large enough to read.
Wi-Fi
Phones that understand the WIFI: payload can join the network after a scan. Anyone who can see or photograph the code can read the password, because it is inside the symbol.
vCard
A vCard code lets someone add a contact without typing. QRNest writes a VERSION 3.0 record. Empty fields are left out.
Scanning creates a draft. It does not send the email. The recipient, subject, and body are visible to anyone who scans the code.
Phone
Phone codes are a good fit for a front desk or a printed flyer. The scan opens the dialer. It does not place the call by itself on most phones.
The code encodes a public wa.me URL. WhatsApp opens a chat with that number when the person has the app. QRNest does not send the message.
What never leaves this browser
Static generation does not call the API. Colors, logos, and the encoded text are handled by the page. Download PNG, SVG, or PDF from the preview. Close the tab and there is nothing to delete.
What an account stores
Templates store appearance. Content is stored only if you check the consent box. Dynamic links store a title and an http(s) destination. Scans store a time and a daily visitor hash, not the raw IP address. Card numbers are never stored.
